The competition has been established as an international platform to debate issues of education and development. The Nigerian Writers Series

Deadline: 15 November 2013 The Association of Nigerian Authors hereby calls for submissions for its new publishing intervention, the Nigerian Writers Series. It would be recalled that the Association received a grant of N10,0000,000 from the Chief Servant of Niger State, Dr. Muazu Babangida Aliyu, forthe purpose. The Nigerian Writers Series will be modelled as a traditional-style publishing house with a website providing information on the Series, and with a mandate to support the next generation of new writings by new writers of Nigerian origin. This anthology, titled: ‘BLACK COMMUNION’ is aimed at showcasing to Africa and the world the work and talents of ‘the new Africa poet’. ELIGIBILITY: You MUST be an Africa or from an Africa origin to contribute to this anthology.
